Questions
Do I own the website?
Yes. Once the balance is paid, the site, domain and content are yours. We hand over every login.
Can I make changes myself?
Yes. Business websites come with a handover session. On the Care plan, we make small edits for you. Without it, changes are £50 each.
What do domains and hosting cost?
A .co.uk domain is usually £10 to £20 a year and hosting around £3 to £15 a month. We set it up in your name so you are never locked in.
How long does it take?
One-page sites take about 7 days. Starter and Business sites take 2 to 4 weeks, depending on how fast we get your content.
Do you travel for photoshoots?
Travel within 15 miles of Acton, W3 is free. Further out, there is a £50 travel charge.
